Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:

• USPS Priority – Delivered in 2–5 days on average. Free shipping for orders over $150.
• FedEx 2 Day – Estimated 2-day delivery, but is not guaranteed.

Same-day shipping applies for all orders received and paid for before 1:00 PM PST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the next day.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (and usually Saturdays!).

Reshipment of delayed or lost packages is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

In limited circumstances, we may consider a return or replacement at our sole discretion. This may include products that arrive damaged or defective, or incorrect items shipped due to our error.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and the lot number, if available, so we can review the issue. To begin a review, send a ticket on the Contact page.

We will determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate. Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or handled in a way that could compromise their integrity are not eligible for return.

Order cancellations may be requested through the Contact page before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
